Yet, despite the huge amount of tips and techniques that are provided in such publications, few people have been able to understand the real implications of this management craze. Even fewer have been able to implement it in their daily lives so as to become more resilient and effective.
This crash course approaches the topic of EI from a different perspective: what is it that I have to change in my lifestyle in order to become more productive, successful and accomplished? By attending this intensive 3-day course, participants will learn the impact their daily habits have on their leadership and success potential. They will also learn how small but enduring habits, i.e. lifestyle, can have a positive butterfly effect on their work life balance.
The course uses mini presentations by the subject matter expert aimed at explaining the theory behind Emotional and Action Intelligence. These presentations are followed by practical applications, in the form of simulations, designed to help participants translate theory into practice.
Finally, the course relies on a number of self-assessments and questionnaires the purpose of which is to help participants discover their strengths and weaknesses in this important and critical competency
